Our Mental Health instructors have attended the MHFA England Instructor Training programme accredited by the Royal Society for Public Health, Trauma Informed and Assist trained to keep people safe and supported while they learn.

Education is key to tackling many issues we face as adults. Aspire offer various courses and programmes that booster staff’s skills to support students with their wellbeing and physical health. Our Healthy Futures programme is designed specifically for teachers and educators.
Students
As adults we generally have preconceptions/bias about various topics. We believe children and young people learn easily and without preconception or prejudice. Our youth workshops are delivered to all Key Stages and are what, we deem, as necessary life skills. They are designed to provide knowledge, boost resilience and confidence. Many can also provide practical skills that meet requirements of PSHE curriculum. Including Wellbeing, Safeguarding issues and Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.
